The digital workplace is becoming ever-more critical to the future of work — a reality that will intensify as technology reshapes the physical workplace.
The Digital Workplace Forum (DWF) is a confidential, invitation-only grouping of selected major organizations committed to design, manage and lead their own Digital Workplaces.
DWF comes from directly our roots, having established the Intranet Benchmarking Forum (IBF) in 2002. IBF has become the world leader in its field, having shaped the intranet industry through measurement, research and interaction across more than 100 major organizations globally. Oracle recently described IBF as a “phenomenon in the industry” and in 2012 IBF celebrates its 10th anniversary. We have always focused o the world of work and technology and DWF guides, connects and leads our partner organizations on their journeys into the new world of work.
Prior to launch, DWF engaged senior executives responsible for the new “digital world of work” within Aviva, BT, Citi, Deutsche Post DHL, Fujitsu, Google, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft and Shell among others to define this new membership group.
We have full service descriptions, which includes research, interaction, a new digital workplace mapping process and access to consulting services. DWF offers participating organizations, a means to connect with the right peers confidentially, gain insights into practice and challenges through a rolling research program and targeted investigations to help organizations start to understand and shape the quality of their own digital workplace.
“For us, DWF enables us to connect with the right people in the right organizations free from vendors. We know there is a long way to go in the digital workplace but DWF ensures we know what others are actually doing, where to focus our resources – and we will have a fascinating time along the way” Giovanni Piazza, Johnson and Johnson.
